homeschool readings tracking form a legacy in days

This Form is helpful in tracking the readings I am doing within each form on a weekly basis. I usually fill these out per semester, or whenever we change books up. Then I slide it into a page protector and check it off as we go with a dry erase marker.

homeschool record printable from a legacy in days

I like to track the work that we have actually DONE. This is a good way for me to keep a record and also encourages me with what we are accomplishing at a glance. I even take notes of nature walks etc. on this form. The far left column is for subject abbreviations and I usually write the date within the yellow colored line for that week.

homeschool form for independent work a legacy in days

This form is for my independent students to check off. Either I fill it in or they do, then they can slip it inside a sleeve protector and check it off with a dry erase marker as they move through their week. I like to keep a coy, as well, so I can quickly check in and see where they're at in their studies.

I hope these forms are helpful for you in keeping accountable and also making your to do list a little bit more streamlined.
